Previously, I mentioned that I lost an important original copy of the document. My boss threatened that it must be found no matter what. If not, it has to be signed by one of the HR director again. This is kind of a nightmare to her if the DOC is missing. 1 damn week of search. Raped the entire cabinet - in total, 4 of them. Then, she gave me 3 alternatives to resolve this HUGE problem. 1. act blur to double confirm the exact status of the doc - has it been submitted to my boss or still with the employee 2. ask for the other original copy from the employee 3. print the doc again and ask both the HR Director & employee to sign again. Set! I approached the HRM with these 3 alternatives. No matter what, I am responsible for the lost. Conclusion The doc is still with the employee! My boss was 200% that she saw the damn paper and ends up not with her at all. That entire week made me such a careless asshole. Lost of trust. Horrible man. I admit that I am forgetful, careless & clumsy. But I am able to differentiate the important of every doc. That's my job as an HR assistant. From then on, I don't dare to keep any doc any further. Just file them immediately. WORST week ever. Trust towards an individual is the fundamental element. If I ruin it, I will definitely fight my way through and regain the trust between us. Not many understand it and choose to run away. Trust wouldn't build up between us out of no where. You have to FIGHT for it. |
