One of my colleagues, bought some special buns from Malaysia-Mr Baoz!. I was fascinated with the colourful buns that I have never seen it in Singapore.


There are different types of buns as well like the fried and steamed versions. As for the steamed version, the skin tastes like those man tao that can be found in the supermarket (which is one of my favourites. =] ). Unlike those commonly found chicken bao, the skin is plain and simple. Frankly speaking, I am in love with these colourful buns inside out.

Personally, I LOVE the fried curry chicken bao and the chicken sate bao. After having the baoz, I can't wait to go to city square to try the rest of the flavours of the baoz like the steamed cheese bao and potato cheese bao!
