Numbness is driving me crazy.
Never in my life I had experience this.
Initially, my left hand went numb and followed by left leg.
Just can't function the left part of my body well.
Seems stiff and hard.
paranoid over my health status =c
what's causing this?
I believed that it is the aftermath of gluing myself to the laptop
My solution to this:
Guess what!
climbed up and down the stairs on Monday.
Indeed it helps.
i felt much better after climbing the flights of stairs.
However, it is right hand's turn now.
Gosh me! What should I do?
Climb stairs again tml ?
