Hmm.. I had a horrible day. The account wasn't re-activated and I can't use the Internet. Furthermore, I am not allowed to do my assignment at NCS at normal speed. I had to complete it at the slowest speed which is impossible without the usage of Internet. What else. I don't dare to call the customer service. I afraid that they will find me a nuisance.
As what I heard from my friend who worked in that department. They can actually mute the call while waiting. And they will scold the customer to vent their anger. That's frightening. I remembered last time the customer services ppl called me through my hand phone. I can't hear what they sae as I can't receive reception that well.
